Check out these three tips to leverage the holidays to grow your contact list and increase sales at the same time.
Create a Social Promotion: Use Constant Contact’s Social Campaigns to create a holiday offer on Facebook, along with a series of pre-scheduled, automatically-generated social posts. This will grow your sales and your contact list at the same time! You can also alert your current subscribers about your special offer.
Stay in Touch with Old Customers: Even if you don’t normally sell during the holidays, stay in touch with your customer base. This will help keep your company on their radar. Use this opportunity to give customers a reason to connect with you after the holidays. Give them a special offering they can redeem in January, when we’re all back to business.
Grow Your List: Santa is not the only one who can grow his list during the holidays! If you have store traffic, make sure to ask your customers for their email at checkout. You can even give them a special incentive on the spot in exchange for their email address. Don’t have a store? Offer a timely resource they can download when they give you their email address. Promote this on social media to get the most exposure and feature it on your website’s home page too.
